Global Missions

Global Missions

Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.

Matthew 28:19-20

Acton Faith Bible Church supports the work of 10 missionary families who live in various locations around the globe to promote the Gospel of Christ. Whether in South America, Europe, Africa or Asia – or right here in our community – our church wishes to be an active part in global evangelization, spreading the message of salvation to those who have not heard.

We believe that it is the obligation of the saved to witness by life and by word to the truths of Holy Scripture and to seek to proclaim the Gospel to all mankind (Mark 16:15; Acts 1:8, 2 Corinthians 5:19,20).

Church Planting/Leadership Training

Our highest priority is to see the local church being developed around the world. Not only do we want new churches, but we also have a burden for them to teach sound doctrine. As we strive toward this goal we seek to support training indigenous church leaders to be approved pastor-teachers, able to equip their churches to make biblically sound disciples. Solid, biblical training gives them the tools they need to plant and pastor bible-centered, Christ-exalting churches.

Other Areas of Involvement

In a remote Ugandan village named Mawanga, an outreach called R.O.W.A.N. exists to provide support for the local widows and orphans. Acton Faith Bible Church is an active partner with the local pastor and community at large to empower and assist the underserved who experience economic, physical, spiritual and social barriers. We desire these needy Africans to become self-reliant and strong believers in Christ. For more information visit www.loverowan.org.

I thank my God in all my remembrance of you, always in every prayer of mine for you all making my prayer with joy, because of your partnership in the gospel from the first day until now.
